We are currently seeking a full-time Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate and accomplished team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to both online and offline marketing. You must possess the skill set to carry out successful social media campaigns, create visually captivating imagery, and write compelling content. Your abilities in social media, graphic design, and copywriting will be instrumental in promoting our listings and company. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content
- Develop and execute strategic social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and drive qualified leads to our website
- Create captivating and visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, and other collateral for print and online distribution
- Write and edit persuasive and compelling copy for marketing materials, website pages, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Conduct thorough research on the real estate market, trends, and competitors to gather insights and develop effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate closely with the real estate team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and maintain brand consistency
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers to ensure the production of high-quality visual content for our properties, including photography, videography, and virtual tours
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with clients, and drive engagement with our brand
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing techniques and software, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our marketing efforts
Qualifications: - 1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and copywriting in the real estate industry
- Proficient in utilizing social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze social media content
- Proficient in Follow-Up Boss CRM.
- Advanced Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey messages effectively and engage the target audience
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, including its terminology, market trends, and best practices, is a plus and highly desirable
- A creative thinker with a genuine passion for marketing and the real estate industry, consistently seeking innovative ways to promote our brand and properties
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
