Job description

Our client is a food manufacturing company, and they are looking for a Sr. Automation and Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. The Automation and Electrical Engineer is responsible for all aspects related to Electricity, Automation, Process Control, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and the Factory Automation System (FAS) infrastructure, applications, and resources.

Automation and Electrical Engineer benefits

• Salary of $85-100k
• M-F Day shift position (6 pm to 6 am).  Will eventually move to AWS (alternate work schedule) where they will work 2 on 2 off, then 3 on 3 off.

Automation and Electrical Engineer requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related
• 3 years as factory Controls and/or Automation Engineer
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming
• In-depth knowledge of electricity, in low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage installations. 
• Knowledge of food processing operations and technology, GMP and food safety
• Proficiency with MS Office/MS Project
