Job description

We are searching for a communicative candidate who is proactive and passionate about company products and the clients he/she serves for US market. The candidate acts as a point of contact for the company's clients. The candidate will build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationship with his/her contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client.

Role:

Responsibilities as KAM are listed below:

* Bringing in new business from existing and new clients in the cable network market for both Telecom & Railway sectors.
* Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters whilst building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Managing daily operations
* Responsible for placing orders, coordinating with clients and suppliers, as well as maintaining customer records and systems.
* Ensuring a high standard throughout the provisioning, delivery and customer experience.
* Working together with other teams/departments to develop accurate and consistent bids.
* Overseeing and developing cross-functional teams
* Staying aware of the latest trends and development
* Maintaining a customer database on their own, proactive calling, organising orders, and managing tasks.
* Contacting prospective customers
* Have a flexibility to travel for business

The candidate:

* Degrees in telecommunications/engineering
* Have previously worked in account management/project coordination in telecom and/or railway cabling industry
* Understanding technical in telecom and/or railway cables is strongly preferred
* Have great communication skills
* Always aim to put the customer first and will to face challenges.
* Be well organised and proactive in your approach
* Full professional proficiency in English; Second language will be a strong advantage

Job type: permanent, reporting to Commercial Director directly.

Salary:

* FIX + Commission based on Company KPI
* Amazing opportunities for progression
