EVENT SPECIALIST

The Event Specialist is the liaison between the Event Coordinator & the Front of House Staff & Event Captains. Their main responsibilities are executing & overseeing each event as well as being the clients' main point of contact the day-of. Attention to details, creativity, excellent communication, ability to perform well under pressure & organization are vital skills within this role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing Events
  • Day-Of Point of Contact to Client
  • Conduct Pre-Shift with Staff
  • Assisting with Setup/Breakdown & Provide Direction to Staff
  • AV Needs
  • FOH or BOH (Table Service vs. Expediting)

• Cocktail Hour Flip
• Food/Beverage Décor Display

WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• BEO Prep
  • Labor Report
  • Printed BEOs for Leadership Team
  • Emailed BEOs to Captains
  • Collecting Food Display Details from Chef
  • Update Kitchen Playbook
• 2nd Site Tours & Ceremony Rehearsals
• WSFS à Bank Deposits

MONTHLY/QUARTERLY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Décor & Equipment Inventory
• Building Upkeep & Reports to Event Manager
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • AV
  • Maintenance
