Earn a great salary working on 2nd shift at this local manufacturing company! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer of busses located in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Direct Hire Assemly Technicians doing Electrical Assembly work on 1st or 2nd shifts. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $28.16 per hour, plus an hourly shift premium. Interested? Read more below!

What an Electrical Assembly Technician will do:

• Manage data entry and multi-plex systems
• Work with blueprints, process sheets, schematics, and instructions as required
• Bend, stoop, climb a ladder and reach as needed with or without reasonable accommodations
• Instruct employees in a junior classification within the trade
• Troubleshoot complex issues without supervision
• Working within a team environment

What you need to be an Electrical Assembly Technician:

• Knowledge of reading blueprints, basic electrical circuitry and design
• Intermediate level computer skills
• Must have good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Must be available to work both first (1st) and second (2nd) shift
• Must have thorough knowledge of 12V and 24V, 600 V and air conditioning systems #SpotlightJob
