Seeking Junior level Architectural Designer with 3 to 5+ years of experience in project design. This includes all phases of design - Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. The candidate will be expected to understand and develop aspects of working drawings and details.

The candidate should have the following:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture required (professional degree only)
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Licensure in NYS or on-track for licensure
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2020 or later with BIM experience a plus
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and rendering programs
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Project experience that includes design of large-scale public projects (transit stations, convention centers, and similar), K-12 schools, and higher education projects
• Ability to assemble a set of Construction Documents
• Experience and interest in sustainable design/documentation and LEED is strongly encouraged, with applicable accreditation preferred
• Experience with Bentley software (OpenBuildings Designer) a plus

Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $75,000 – $95,000
