Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in Charleston, SC area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and streamlining logistics operations, ensuring efficient allocation, distribution, and monitoring of resources in support of the project’s intricate technological framework.
Procurement, management, and distribution of critical resources, covering hardware, software, and digital assets.
Managing digital assets through Rational Asset Manager and overseeing workflows in Rational Team Concert is crucial.
Utilizing CMPro for ensuring effective version control and management of deliverables within the project's logistics framework.
Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely acquisition and delivery of resources, aligning with project timelines.
Coordinating logistics for various project teams, including those utilizing CMPro, Rational Team Concert, and other systems for Software Design Reviews, Requirements and Engineering Review Boards.
Supporting high-tech systems like CMPro, Rational Asset Manager, and Rational Team Concert.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes.
A least one year supporting C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, and Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
Working knowledge of USMC and/or United States Navy (USN) material and supply chain management processes and procedures
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Foundational/Level 1.
Experience utilizing CMPro or other automated information system for material management
Up to 10% Travel
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active DoD Secret Security clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve
delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.
