Adecco’s Permanent Recruitment team is assisting a large manufacturing company in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for experienced Press Operators. This is a full time direct hire opportunity.
Position Title: Press Operator- Flexographic Press
Pay Rate Range: $28-$32/ per hour
Location: Minneapolis, MN
SHIFT: 1st Shift ( Thursday- Saturday 1st shift – 5:00 am-5:15pm)
Responsibilities Include:
· Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic, focusing on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and effective management of material and product waste
· Working with a team, collectively ensuring the press is stocked with all necessary materials that enable focus on the art of producing the labels
· Leadership in areas of Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, innovation, and current systems technology
· Support and contribute to an innovative culture, striving to create and develop new products for our customers
Qualifications Include:
· High School degree or equivalent
· Two or more years in printing, E xperience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes
· Experience in Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
· Mechanical aptitude
· High levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquires and needs of individuals,
