Position Summary

With moderate supervision performs first tier operational and technical support for the E-Services Department. Responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries; monitors product usage and systems operation. This includes support with Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, e-Statements, Mobile Deposits, online account opening and other electronic services. Pull daily reports to monitor system performance and monitor activities.

Resolve problems within given authority by troubleshooting issues. Assists in systems configuration and maintenance. Serve as a product expert for all electronic banking services. Provide recommendations for updating department procedures and forms. Provides assistance in training staff and members on the features and benefits of all electronic banking services.

The job duties may vary from time to time as assigned by management. These new duties are to be similar nature to other already assigned duties.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, the successful candidate is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, keyboards or controls; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop or kneel. Must regularly lift and/or move files and equipment up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pound objects. Specific vision characteristics required by this position include close vision, adjust focus, and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
