Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and intermediate-level proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. While training will be provided on the Nexus system, computer savvy is a must. This is an in-office position, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid flex schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) once trained and permanent. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be responsible for answering phones, documenting calls, making outgoing calls, handling incoming communications, entering data into the billing system, and managing mailroom activities. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay Rate: $21-$23
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and document all calls accurately for audit trail purposes
Make outgoing calls as required
Handle all incoming communications promptly and professionally
Enter data into the system of record for billing purposes
Retrieve mail from the downstairs mailroom and upload it to the system, ensuring correct locations are assigned
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing administrative duties
Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Exhibit strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems, such as Nexus
Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel at an intermediate level
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to work effectively in an office setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
