Job description

Crumbl Cookies is a cookie bakery where we make everything from scratch daily. We have a full rotating menu with different cookie flavors each week. We want to consistently provide an experience that is unique, simple, and delicious. Inside pick-up, curbside, delivery, and catering is always available.

We are always keeping an eye out for applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests.

Prior experience in customer service or using a ipad for cashing out is preferred, but not necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 16 years old
• Reliable Transportation
• Must work well with others, and have a professional demeanor

Role Summary:

Main duties include balling, baking and decorating cookies, keeping the store clean, interacting with customers and taking orders, etc.

Position Specific Requirements:

- Measuring/combining ingredients, using standing mixers, large double door ovens and other commercial kitchen equipment. (If 18 years of age or older)

- Decorating and displaying finished product in a quick, concentrated manner.

- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payments.

- Communicating inventory, production levels and delivery orders to shift leads/key holders.

- Cleaning and restocking workstations to set up next shifts for success.

• Shift: Looking for flexibility for both AM and PM Shifts includes Saturdays *Store is closed on Sunday*
• Store Hours:
• Monday-Thursday: 8am-10pm
• Friday-Saturday: 8am-12am
• There are also early morning (6am shifts available when customers are not in the store)

This job is an hourly part-time position. Work as many as 36hrs or as little as 10 hours a week. You tell us.
