Job description

Job Title: BIM Modeler
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $35-$45/hr
Requirement: Revit, BIM Modeling, Construction

What You Will Be Doing

- Receiving, processing, and archiving model files
- Create cut lists and bill of materials to support pricing and estimating efforts
- Perform quarterly reviews
- Coordinate and facilitate the change of the 3D model elements with field fabricators
- Assist in the development sequence and assembly pf steps and communicate those steps to stakeholders graphically.

What You Need for this Position

-You are located in Sherman or can commute to our Sherman location (Anyone outside a 50 mile radius will not be considered at this time):

3+ years experience with the following:

- Revit
- BIM modeling
- BIM
- Navisworks Manage Clash Detection
- Modeling
- 3D Modeling
