Role and Responsibilities: - 💉 Administer IV therapies in the comfort of patients' homes, maintaining a high standard of care.
- 📊 Monitor patient responses, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- 📝 Keep accurate and detailed records of treatments and patient responses in EMR.
- 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- 🧰 Properly manage and maintain infusion equipment.
- 🎓 Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
Qualifications: - 🆔 Valid MO nursing license with proven experience in IV infusions.
- 🧑 Strong skills in infusion therapy and patient care.
- ♥ Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- 🚗 Willingness to travel locally in Lee's Summit.
- 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare technology.
