Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering-based projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will excel in project design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and overseeing the integration of technical activities.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Present and elucidate proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Supervise team members, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure staff competence.
- Analyze technology trends, resource requirements, and market demand to evaluate project feasibility.
- Manage project resources including staff procurement, development, and motivation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
- Create product rollout plans and procedures.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and present findings.
- Ensure the application of appropriate project management processes.

- Proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.).
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a robotics engineering role.
- Experience with various models of FANUC Robotics.
- Proficiency in DCS Validation setup.
- Competence in teaching and setting up FANUC robots in FANUC TP language.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S. as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- GRS certification.
- Roboguide and Process Simulate experience.
- Familiarity with IR Vision technology.
- Experience in designing, building, and launching manufacturing systems.
- Expertise in designing, setting up, and debugging automation systems.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
