RESPONSIBILITIES

On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support to clients in the area.

Printer and PC Repair: Troubleshoot and repair printers and personal computers.

Customer Service : Interact professionally with clients to understand and address their technical issues.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and interactions with clients.

Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom to create your own schedule for efficient service delivery.

Reliable Transportation: Possess a reliable mode of transportation to travel to client locations.

Collaboration : Work closely with senior technicians and other team members to resolve complex technical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of printer and PC hardware, troubleshooting, and repair.

Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.

Reliability : Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting client expectations.

Transportation : Must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites.
