The Nursing Care Manager plays a key role in providing the highest quality of patient care while the patient is in at Union Health.

The Critical Care team operates a 24-bed unit equipped with advanced monitoring technology and staffed by specialized professionals. They provide intensive care to critically ill patients, including those with traumatic injuries, life-threatening conditions, post-operative cases, and complex medical conditions, with a particular emphasis on open-heart surgery patients.
