• BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• New Hampshire

Average Time to Credential: 90120 Days

Temp Priv is available for providers with a Clean file (No Mal or Legal Issues ever)

Average Daily Census: 1.6

Daily Patient Load per Clinician: 12/day

Annual Births/Deliveries: 400

Average Patient Age Range: Newborn

EMR Charting Dictation: Meditech medimobile

Procedures Required: DOP

Reason for need: 1 Perm FTE resigning effective 9/30
