Job description

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:1. Campaign Management - Strategy, Buying & Execution: develop and execute digital marketing strategy to generate high quality leads
2. Partner Management: Manage digital vendors to execute successful campaigns on various digital advertising channels (PPC, paid social media, retargeting, display ads, OTT, etc.)
3. Social Media Management: Monitor and post on social networks. Work with partner agencies to execute social media lead generation campaigns.
4. Search: Oversee PPC campaigns run by vendor partners
5. Analytics: Monitor and evaluate website analytics, ad campaigns, and other relevant metrics. Track & report on key performance indicators (impressions, conversions, online reputation, cost per lead, cost of marketing, etc.)
6. Email Marketing : Assist in the creation and dissemination of email campaigns.
7. Research: Stay updated with digital marketing trends and potential new channels or strategies.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing departments and sales to enhance results across all channels
In this role, you will report to our Chief Marketing Officer.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
1. bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience in B2C Lead Gen marketing, preferably experience in the home improvement industry but not required
3. Familiarity with key digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and related applications).
4. Proven experience managing paid media budgets and channels (SEM, PPC, display, remarketing, paid social)
5. Strong judge of creative and knowledge of methods, tools and techniques across digital channels like OTT and all paid social platforms
6. Experience with optimization and A/B testing
7. Strong analytical skills for extracting insights, interpreting data, and making recommendations that will optimize performance
8. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow.
11. Advanced skills in Excel
Pay Range: 50,000-60,000 plus Monthly Real-Time Bonus Potential
