Stepping into the role of Senior UX Researcher, you’ll dive into our users’ world, spearheading essential research projects while collaborating closely with our Digital product teams. Your ability to translate intricate findings into actionable insights will shape the Company's digital journey, ensuring it is both cohesive and intuitive.
REQUIREMENTS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Research Roadmaps: Collaboratively create and manage research roadmaps across diverse product areas, ensuring we always stay aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Diverse Research Techniques: Lead qualitative and quantitative studies using various UX research methods, particularly in remote settings. Your expertise in uncovering insights will directly shape how our customers experience convenience.
- Clear Communication: Distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights. Whether speaking to product teams or executives, your ability to convey insights ensures everyone’s on the same page.
- Statistical Proficiency: Dive into quantitative challenges with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and survey methodologies. Your knack for numbers helps us validate our findings and make informed decisions.
- Service Design: Champion service design principles. Lead workshops that unite cross-functional teams, ensuring our strategies are cohesive and user-centric.
- Presenting Insights: Transform intricate research data into easily digestible visualizations, making it accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.
- Travel for Research: While we leverage the power of remote research, sometimes there’s no substitute for being there in person. Be ready to travel up to 20% of the time, observing users in-store and ensuring we continuously prioritize safety.
MUST HAVE SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Education First: Hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology, HCI, or related fields. Master’s? Even better.
- Depth of Experience: Bring in 7-9 years of rich experience in either B2B or B2C research, with at least 3 of those years in leading roles.
