Title : Director of Operations

Location : Ontario, CA 91761

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Founded in 1978 we are a 30 employee provider of engineered pneumatic conveying systems & bulk material handling equipment whose focus is in the food, grain, coffee, dairy, chemical & pharmaceutical industries.  We cater to large scale clients like Mars, Kellogg, Hershey etc as we custom design our conveying systems specific to customer needs.  We have the need for a Director of Operations who will manage a team of roughly 10 which includes production supervisor, supply chain and the manufacturing team.  We do need this person to be hands on with some exposure to our equipment systems in the past.

Required Skills:

1. Bachelors in Engineering / Manufacturing / Operations (or relevant skills as equivalent)
2. 8+ years of management experience in manufacturing (with strong hands on involvement)
3. Exposure to pnuematic conveying equipment and/or prior utilization of customers who have equipment
4. Strong lean manufacturing background
