We are looking for an Accounting Manager who is highly experienced handling complex reconciliations to join our dynamic team. - Own General Ledger Account Reconciliations
- Lead accounting engagements with clients
- Lead accounting team to provide monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping and accounting services
- Assist with GAAP and regulatory reporting for assigned business unit or division
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain detailed balance sheet reconciliations/schedules
- Identify, research, interpret, and resolve accounting and operational issues
- Mentor, train and develop junior accounting staff
- 7+ years experience in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years experience handling complex reconciliations
- General ledger
- Financial institution experience is a plus
- Prior experience working directly with clients
- Salary: $120-150,000 DOE
