Job description
Woodcrest of Country Manor is looking for an enthusiastic RN Clinical Manager to guide our established, talented team of nursing professionals.

The incumbent of this highly influential role will be excited by the idea of leading and inspiring a nursing team , while also ensuring exceptional care for all clients. The RN Clinical Manager will work in coordination with our award-winning Assisted Living team at both our Sartell and St. Joseph campuses, under the direction of our Executive Director of Assisted Living.

Responsibilities for the RN Clinical Manager at Woodcrest, include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all services of Woodcrest's Assisted Living nursing department, in order to meet Country Manor's quality standards
- Lead the Assisted Living team with clinical competence, confidence, and compassion
- Oversee all clinical and administrative areas for the Woodcrest Assisted Living Department
- Maintain knowledge base of current standards of nursing practices, Assisted Living standards, Federal and State rules, and regulations
- Supervise and ensure proper completion of all vulnerable adult reporting
- Completes clinical assessments, admissions, and discharges of all Woodcrest Assisted Living clients
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Possess excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the sureness to make independent decisions
- Must be able to plan, implement, evaluate, delegate, and collaborate effectively
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Have knowledge of budget and participate in promoting appropriate utilization of resources
- Complete performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement
- Maintain oversight of clinical data collection
- Participate in quarterly and focus audits as requested
- Facilitate care conferences
- Provide follow-up with resident and family concerns
- Ensure policies and procedures are being followed, and changes are implemented successfully
- Maintain knowledge of regulations
- Work effectively and professionally with Country Manor's Home Care, Senior Housing, Champion Rehab, and Health Care & Rehab Center, and all associated team members
- Maintain software program knowledge
- Ensure all Federal and State regulations and laws are implemented and all aspects of the Health Care Reform Act are being followed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current MN RN licensure. License must be in good standing
- Must be a graduate of a state-accredited school of nursing
- Must have excellent people skills that promote effective communication and positive relationships with clients, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
- Must be able to act as a professional representative for Woodcrest's Assisted Living Department
- Must be CPR Certified
- Must be committed and dependable
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
✨Qualifications Preferred but not Required:
- 5 years of previous nursing experience with 2 years in Assisted Living
- Previous nursing management experience desired
- Participation in professional organizations
