Key Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Agent at our brokerage, you will:

Represent clients in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, or leasing properties.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends.
Assist clients in determining their real estate needs and provide expert advice.
Market properties through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and networking.
Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, contracts, and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Stay up-to-date on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Build and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.

Requirements:

California Real Estate License.
Minimum of $3M per year in transactions.
Proven ability in lead generation activities to create new business.
Proficiency in real estate software and technology.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.

Compensation:

This position is commission-based, and your earnings will be determined by your successful real estate transactions. As a commission-based Real Estate Agent, you have the potential to earn a substantial income based on your skills, dedication, and the number of successful transactions you complete.

No Fees:

We believe in a transparent approach with our agents. There are no monthly desk fees, dues, or training fees owed to the brokerage. We succeed when you succeed, which is why we encourage self-motivation, organization, and a can-do attitude.

Location:

Our operational office is conveniently located in Glendale, CA, just a few miles north of downtown Los Angeles. As a modern brokerage, we often work from coworking spaces or local coffee shops, using physical space as a connection hub and springboard while taking advantage of remote collaboration.
