Job description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. Position Details:

This is a hybrid model position.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $75,000 - $88,000 annually for full-time employees.
Requirements:

Clear and active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Virginia.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
Demonstrated history of professional growth and development.
Experience or Interest in:

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD.
Evidence-based treatments for PTSD.
DBT Therapy.
Experience with children and adolescents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct intake interviews, gathering comprehensive historical, medical, psychological, and developmental data.
Develop treatment plans addressing present needs.
Conduct mental health assessments, treatment plan development, updates, and documentation in accordance with insurance carrier requirements and professional standards.
Provide evidence-based therapy aligned with individual treatment goals and objectives.
Document therapy sessions in EMR with appropriate CPT codes and diagnoses for treatment and billing purposes.
Provide treatment reporting information as applicable, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Collaborate with the client's other healthcare/educational providers in accordance with HIPAA standards to achieve treatment goals.
Participate in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to service delivery.
Complete annual training requirements as necessary.
Provide all clinical services via HIPAA-compliant technology in a secure and confidential environment.
Job Competencies:

Understanding of Developmental, Cognitive, Clinical Psychology, and Therapy Modalities.
Ability to assess and diagnose in accordance with the DSM-V & ICD-10.
Always present oneself professionally to clients and co-workers.
Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of clients and staff.
Proficiency in writing skills.
