About Seattle Rubbish Removal: At Seattle Rubbish Removal, our crews travel to customers' homes or businesses, load up various recyclables, donations, or debris, and haul them to appropriate recyclers, donation sites, or transfer stations. Our foundation is built on integrity, customer service, and always doing the right thing. We take pride in being the go-to junk removal service in Seattle, and we need you to ensure the office business is taken care of as diligently as we handle our customers' rubbish removal. Responsibilities:

• Internal Customer Outreach:* Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Gather feedback and contribute to improving customer experience.
• New Business Outreach:* Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
• Admin Duties:* Perform various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the owner’s assistant.
• Manage the company's social media accounts.
• Dispatch Calls:* Manage incoming dispatch calls efficiently.
• Coordinate with the field team to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with drivers.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Social media skills for promoting company services.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Option for half-day Fridays, with flexibility for 32-40 hours per week.
