ADECCO CURRENTLY IS HIRING FOR A DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST FOR ONE OF OUR TOP CLIENTS!
Location: Huntsville, ALPay rate range: $23/hr to $27/hr.
6 month contract
Hours/Days of Work - M-F 8-4:30
Note- 2-3 hour training class is required on first day prior to starting.
The Document Controls Specialist will be responsible for the organization, formatting, spelling, and grammar within the document systems. This position will work closely with the Technical Document Leader to ensure all technical documents for the Huntsville Site are up to date and error free to support Site Compliance requirements. Responsibilities:
· Review highly technical documents for spelling and grammatical errors.
· Update all documents with current formatting protocol.
· Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and document owners.
· Assist others in troubleshooting document control issues.
· Support the Technical Document Leader in developing training on the application of document control to new and existing employees.
Educational requirements- Associate degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing)
High proficiency in MS Office suite.
