Job description

AD Talent has partnered with a leading NYC-based marketing technology company to identify an experienced CRM Manager with an emphasis on Retention marketing. You will work closely with a passionate team to define and improve the lifecycle marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the retention marketing strategy across email and push notifications among others
- Own the email campaign calendar and work cross-functionally to successfully execute campaigns
- Manage the development of campaign assets across multiple channels (email, SMS, onsite)
- Leverage business insights and test data to identify, size and prioritize opportunities that drive product value
- Maintain a testing roadmap while regularly sharing out clear performance/test results, best practices and key learnings with stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with CRM and Retention Marketing analysis
Proven ability to manage and define company processes
Well-versed in A/B testing roadmap and test setups
Ability to distill and communicate results to stakeholders with various levels of experience.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Mission-driven individual
Strong project management skills
Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment
Team player
