Job description

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing the manufacturing process to improve efficiency and quality. The Manufacturing Engineer will use tools to increase the effectiveness and profitability of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-effective processes and systems.
- Conduct quality assurance tests and audits.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for production processes.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished products.
- Develop new processes to improve efficiency.
- Train and support production personnel in the use of new tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, SolidWorks and Six Sigma.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
