Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide individual therapy, group therapy, Diagnostic Assessments, and Crisis Intervention for individuals diagnosed with Mental Health and Substance Abuse disorders.
- Hold and maintain caseload of individuals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and update/ monitor the progress of individuals served.
- Perform marketing activities and community outreach.
- Computer skills sufficient to learn and utilize the electronic medical records.
- Maintain positive relationships with community partners.
- Along with all other requirements mandated by federal, state, company, and insurance policies.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree from an accredited program.
- Must hold an LCSW professional license in the state of Georgia.
- Two or more years experience in behavioral health setting preferred.
- Skilled in working independently and implementing time management strategies.
- Ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other clinic staff.
- Computer skills sufficient to learn and utilize the electronic medical records.
- Bi-lingual abilities a plus.
