Do you have a passion helping our youth and families in our community who are experiencing chronic or severe mental health concerns, at risk for out of home placement, so that the youth and adults can stay with their family?
FamilyCare Counseling Solutions LLC is seeking to hire a few licensed School-Based Mental Health Counselors or Social Workers to provide behavioral health therapy to children, adolescents, and families in Northern Kentucky who are enrolled in our family-based/Medicaid programs called Bridge Outpatient Program and Positive Vibes School-Based Program.
Our programs are very popular in the community because we serve the entire family's needs using the family-based wraparound approach building their bridge back for successful recovery with Positive development, Resilience (the ability to bounce back), and Healthy family functioning.
SCHOOL-BASED THERAPIST (Full-Time/Part-time)
We offer full-time salary or part-time hourly employment options. These are NOT a remote position, and the successful candidate will need to live in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area or be willing to reliably commute to Northern Kentucky.

Non-Independently Licensed Pay - On our pay-for-performance model the starting salary is $50,000. Billable hours range between 1,200 and 1,500 per year, with an annual compensation range between $50,000 - $59,000 per year.
Independently Licensed Pay - On our pay-for-performance model the starting salary is $54,080. Billable hours range from 1,200 and 1,500 per year, with an annual compensation range between $54,000 and $80,500 per year.
