Reporting into the Commercial and Brands Director, you will be tasked with overseeing crucial accounts throughout the UK and EU for our client’s brands. Your responsibilities will include assisting in achieving financial objectives, upholding a robust brand presence in the market, and staying ahead of competitors. Successful candidates will possess prior sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets, coupled with a strong passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of prominent retail partners by formulating sales strategies, securing orders, and meeting set targets.
• Grasp and oversee the customer's critical path, managing aspects like range reviews and promotions to ensure timely completion while regularly updating the broader team.
• Devise tailored launch planning activities for New Product Development (NPD) specific to each retailer.
• Compile and organise daily, weekly, and monthly reports encompassing sales, stock levels, and competitor analysis.
• Cultivate robust internal and external relationships by actively participating in network development.
• Craft presentations for both internal and external meetings.
• Develop precise forecasts for sales, stock, and trade spending.
• Attend relevant internal and external meetings as necessary.
• Fulfil general administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Possess sales experience within the beauty industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Demonstrates numerical and analytical acumen.
