Medical Coordinator- AKA Master Organizer

Our Residential Medical Coordinator position is a self-directed role that provides essential assistance to those in MV Advancements care by proactively addressing their individual medical needs. Dedicated to the individuals that they support, our Medical Coordinator maintains the accuracy and organization of medical care for those living in MV Advancements 5 residential homes. Daily activities include ordering medications, scheduling and sometimes escorting supported individuals to medical appointments, and ensuring medical documentation and communication are prompt and highly accurate.

This role is an excellent growth opportunity that is both independent and part of a team. It is an excellent stepping stone for someone wanting to pursue a career in the medical field or looking for more responsibility and to level up their Direct Support Professional skills. Once fully trained, the Medical Coordinator has a flexible schedule generally working Monday through Friday, days . Someone with excellent time management and prioritization skills will enjoy the ability to organize their own workday.

Salary

This position starts at $21.00, with a 15% shift differential. All hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $21.00, your shift differential would be $3.15 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $24.15! We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus--$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months.
