What You'll Do:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients by:
Offering exceptional service to patients on behalf of our clients, making each interaction a positive and supportive experience.
Engaging with patients over the phone to manage their medical bill payments, ensuring they have all the information they need.
Clearly and professionally communicating vital details to patients, ensuring they understand their account status and payment options.
Documenting interactions, feedback, and any arrangements made with patients for future reference.
Negotiating reasonable payment plans that suit both the patient's needs and the company's requirements.
Facilitating various payment methods, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures while handling patient information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Collaborating with team leads, management, and clients to resolve any disputes and enhance patient satisfaction.
Meeting or surpassing performance goals to contribute to the team's success.
Undertaking additional responsibilities as directed by management.
