About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation of a new quality system and may have the opportunity to transition into a system administrator or auditor role.
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Assignment Length: February to July. Potential for conversion or extension.
Hours: 8-5, Monday to Friday, 100% ONSITE
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong administrative support to the team.
Ensure QMS compliance across all businesses within the facility.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools with a high level of proficiency.
Participate in the onsite interview process.
Requirements:
Certification in ISO 9001 Auditing is preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
2-4 years of administrative experience.
