Department Overview

Are you passionate about streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and empowering sales teams to reach their full potential? As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, providing essential support to our dynamic sales team. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including order entry management, process automation, data analysis, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.


Data analysis will be a core aspect of your role, as you delve into sales metrics to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making. Armed with these insights, you’ll provide coaching and training to our sales team, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. You will identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, driving continuous improvement across the sales operations landscape.


Your collaborative nature will shine as you work closely with cross-functional teams, from marketing to finance, to optimize processes and resolve any issues impacting sales operations.
