We are a non-profit organization BASED IN BOULDER that focuses on providing sustainable and generational change to lower-resourced communities. We are a diverse group of leaders who work together to ensure that people of all backgrounds have an equal opportunity to higher education. We do this by working with influential and inspiring mentors and leaders from these communities, and by launching new projects and companies. We are seeking a dynamic, bright and influential person to take the lead in becoming our National Relationship and Community Manager. You will be a key player in managing existing relationships, as well as building new ones across the country. This person must be willing to travel frequently to meet with potential or existing donors, attend events and communicate the organization's mission using storytelling and sharing successful examples backed up with data that is inspiring to each audience. You will develop trust and rapport with more than 200+ individuals and institutional donors who have donated more than $1M+ in annual contributions. You must have experience presenting new opportunities that are customized to each contributor, as well as develop long-term relationships. You will also be designing, writing, and formatting proposals and reports that demonstrate our unique value for our donors (experience in grant writing is a plus!)
- 10+ years of professional experience
- MUST be proficient in Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree
