How you will make an impact as the Physician Coordinator: - Facilitate and support the pre-onboarding and onboarding of newly hired physicians, including coordinating travel, background checks, and regular communication.
- Communicate the value of ADVENT benefits and culture to all candidates.
- Assist in post-offer and onboarding processes when requested as part of the overall support to the talent acquisition processes.
- Support in the development of candidate outreach and campaigns.
- Maintain measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Ensure process & data allow for analysis of information and integrity of metrics.
- Manage applicant tracking system, virtual interviewing system, and any additional candidate or requisition management platforms. Maintain vendor relationships and complete regular candidate check-ins.
- Manage job postings and ensure they are posted on, removed from, and edited on ADVENT's career page and other job boards/sites.
What we're looking for in the Physician Coordinator: - Demonstrated data entry and technology management skills.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to convey value using recruitment platforms and social media outlets.
- Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
- Skilled in organizing work, making assignments, and achieving goals and objectives.
- Must convey a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
- Requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including standards for safety and confidentiality.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.
