General Summary
The Business Process Analyst is primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain and distribution processes and increase efficiency in the movement of goods. The position will also analyze data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. The Business Process Analyst creates and implements plans for transportation, inventory management, and distribution innovation to support overall business objectives. This role works closely with other departments including Finance, Sales Operations, Information Technology, Logistics, and Warehousing to visualize and identify areas of cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Workplace Policy

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that supply chain strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the supply chain.
- Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the supply chain to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Analyzes process efficiencies and quality improvements related to all operations.
- Lead Kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Executes global Supply Chain initiatives and implements local process and system improvements.Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities
- Makes revisions and reviews master settings in Operations-related systems.
- Create and maintain training and Standard Operating procedure documentation.
- Prepares Operation (Sales Ops and SCM) reports with appropriate materials and data.
- Performs other job-related responsibilities and duties as may be assigned from time to time.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Logistics, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics is preferred.
- Intermediate or advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., queries, reporting, functions, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to solve problems and to demonstrate excellent analytical skills, including creation and analysis of data in all areas of Operations.
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills including effective collaboration and communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and strong time management skills.
- Ability to create operation procedures by using workflow.Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supply Chain software (e.g., SAP, etc.).
- MBA / Master in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, and Project Management.
- Strong Lean experience.
- Experience in a leadership or significant role in a major project.Travel
- Infrequent local, domestic and international travel.
