.Job Description
Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), located in Reno, Nevada, is seeking applicants for a WebCollege Associate. This position reports to the WebCollege Program Manager.
As the WebCollege Associate, you possess tech-savvy and management skills as your main responsibilities are to serve as the administrator/project lead for E2E Achieve customer relations management software and the administrator/technical lead for Watermark Course Evaluations & Survey software and integration. You are an effective team player as you will assist the WebCollege team with technology and software integration, basic Canvas training for faculty and students, and Canvas support. You are a self-starter, an effective supervisor, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills as you will provide oversight for Web College budgets and reconciliations, manage student workers, and provide general office support for Web College staff.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
2. 1 year of experience in a related position
3. Strong technology skills.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Strong customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently or with a team.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Effective writing and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with Workday and PeopleSoft or similar software.
2. Familiarity with Canvas or equivalent LMS.
3. Experience with technology/software integration.
4. Previous management and/or supervisory experience.
5. Previous budget management experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrator/project lead for E2E Achieve Customer Management Software.
Administrator/technical lead for Watermark Course Evaluations & Survey Administrator.
Assist with technology and software integration.
Assist with basic Canvas training and support.
Manage WebCollege budgets and reconcile all budget accounts.
Supervise student employees.
Provide general office support for WebCollege staff.
Provide effective customer support.
Other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is subject to change based on organizational needs and may require occasional evenings.
Salary and Benefits Information:
Salary: $48,688 - $60,860 initial salary placement will be dependent on education level and years of experience.
