Make a Difference

The Nurse Manager will oversee the new medical cancer center in Carmel, IN, and co-manage the team at the cancer center on the north campus in Indianapolis, IN. The manager will achieve the goals and objectives of the department through the development of new partnerships between team members, physicians, and the network, consistent with the values, mission, and the vision of Community Health Network. The Manager serves as a leader in providing excellent service, clinical standards, and patient satisfaction goals including patient/physician relationships and staff rounding. This position will ensure staff meets departmental workload and assignments reflect appropriate utilization of personnel, scope of practice, competencies, patient needs, and level of care. The Manager will utilize evidence-based practices regarding patient mix, resulting in improved clinical outcomes, and increased patient satisfaction.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
