Labor and Employment Law Paralegal
The candidate will be managing requests for advice from HR professionals throughout the organization. Will be handling subpoenas and other requests for employment records. Conducting legal research. Monitoring state and local employment law development that impact organizational policy. Monitoring electronic inboxes for inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor"s degree or equivalent years of experience required. Should preferably have 3+ years of relevant previous legal experience. Paralegal certificate is a plus.Job tags
