The Sr Analyst, Reverse Logistics Operations role supports our Third-Party Reverse Logistics Supplier, T-Mobile’s Retail Operations and CARE organization. This Sr Analyst role is an important position for serving as the first line of defense in researching customer or retail impacting escalations provided by our internal partners and addressing any process issues with our 3PL. This individual will need to work with the Reverse Operations Team to provide clear and concise directives to our 3PL partners based on thorough research and analysis of identified issues. Candidate will also need to communicate any emerging issues to ensure a cohesive understanding along with potential containment, where necessary. This candidate will also play an active role in inventory management as it relates to 3PL and T-Mobile inventory sync, adjustments and approvals required.
This is a highly dynamic and continuously evolving area of T-Mobile’s business; the ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced and changing environment, possesses excellent problem- solving skills, builds strong relationships and can communicate effectively across organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Field inquiries and escalations from T-Mobile’s customer facing teams and communicate results from research
- Work with T-Mobile’s Operation Team and 3PL to identify process opportunities to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of product returns and receipt
- Partner with 3PL Reverse Return Center and T-Mobile Operations Team to address and resolve process issues related to escalations
- Monitor open return orders and ensure any aging product pending receipt is researched and resolved prior to customer / retail impacts
- Work with 3PL and Operations Team on inventory sync variances and any required inventory adjustments, creating adjustment tickets where necessary
Qualifications
- 2-4 Years
- Reverse Logistics warehouse operations process and inventory controls
- System Order management related to accuracy and receipt processing
- Experience working with and managing warehouse or third party logistics service providers
- Wireless or other consumer product OEM experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Application Experience
- Proficient in Excel
- SQL experience is beneficial
- SAP
- Visio
- Soft Skills
- Utilize a logical and systematic approach to identifying, analyzing and solving problems in both physical and data based processes.
- Work effectively in a diverse environment, extremely flexible with changing priorities, and learn new skills and systems quickly.
- Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal form which yield desired results for the business.
- Ability to make and communicate effective decisions based on business requirements, efficiency and business impacts.
