Job description
Description:s, deeds, plat books, maps and surveys;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers;
- Understand and follow oral and/or written policies, procedures and instructions;
- Analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives and make sound independent decisions within established guidelines;
- Perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines;
- Work overtime as needed, including holidays and weekends;
- Learn department functions thoroughly to provide general information and explain detailed department processes and procedures.
Acceptable Experience and Training
- Associate’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geosciences, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience necessary to perform the work.
Special Qualifications
- Experience with ESRI’s software suite;
- Must possess and maintain a valid Idaho driver’s license;
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
