Job Description:
We're in search of a meticulous PeopleSoft Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing employee benefits using PeopleSoft Benefits modules. In this role, you'll be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our employee benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits programs utilizing PeopleSoft Benefits modules.
- Aid employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate closely with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of benefits-related data.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor benefits eligibility and enrollment status for employees.
- Prepare and disseminate benefits communications and materials to employees.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors and third-party administrators as necessary.
- Assist in executing benefits-related projects and initiatives, including open enrollment.
- Stay informed about changes to benefits laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Safeguard confidentiality of benefits data and sensitive employee information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing PeopleSoft Benefits modules or similar benefits administration software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medium to large-sized organization is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in benefits administration are advantageous.
