The Rental Services Sales Representative primary focus is to provide rental solutions to customers in all phases of construction, maintenance, and industrial related products.

As the Rental Services Sales Representative for Mustang's Rental division, you will utilize industry knowledge, market research and company resources to seek new and unknown customers to grow our market share throughout Southeast Texas.
Sales Representative Responsibilities Include: - Represent Mustang as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers
- Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of product line, including features and benefits
- Meet and exceed strategic sales goals
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships
- Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers
- Develop equipment quotes, financing quotes, and other sales proposals as needed
Mustang Rental Services is focused on providing solutions that encompass both CAT and non- cat products such as aerial equipment, compressors, generators and all general rental items common to large rental companies in the market. The key to success in this role is to build strong relationships with potential clients to earn business and develop customer-driven solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Representative Position Requirements: - College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
Sales Representative Strongly Preferred Experience: - Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of CAT equipment
- Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers
