Job description
Fairview is expanding! This exciting redevelopment is planned for the heart of the existing 70-acre, waterfront campus and we are seeking experienced, hospitality-minded individuals to join the Sales and Marketing Team for this dynamic community in Groton, CT.
Administrative duties to include:
- Preparation and distribution of reports and mailings
- Operate and administer Prospect Tracking via the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Weekly reporting
- Sales support to the active selling staff members including inventory management and oversight of daily office functions.
- Assist in event preparation, including any open houses or special functions related to sales and/or marketing
- Maintain accurate and timely data base records in CRM and Excel
- Prepare and/or organize marketing materials
- Customer Focus/Customer Service skills a must
- Greet visitors/answer and direct telephone calls as well as web inquiries
- Utilize interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to interact with prospects, office personnel, and management
- Provide telephone support to further sales efforts
- Ability to build excitement for a future community
- Self-motivated in tasks with the ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work independently
