Job description
Customer service position available in the fast-paced environment of a custom sign shop. Essential duties include front counter & call-in sales, processing of customer orders, telemarketing to existing customers, quote follow-up, marketing and social media, and other administrative functions.
Characteristics of the ideal candidate include, but are not limited to:* Exceptional speaking, writing, and listening skills
- Experienced and efficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability use simple math & a tape measure (add/subtract, multiply/divide, fractions and decimals, calculate area)
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Easy-going, adaptable personality, positive outgoing attitude
- Organized with extreme attention to details
Professionalism is a requirement.
Previous experience with customer service and/or the sign and graphics industry a plus.
Experience with business-related social media marketing preferred.
