Job Title: Attorney
Location:100% Remote, must be local to Philadelphia, PA
Salary:$150k-$175k base salary dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to our clients in the areas of insurance coverage, complex litigation, disputes, corporate transactions, and commercial disputes.
Position Overview: The Attorney will support the firm’s legal services by conducting research, drafting contracts and briefs, and preparing legal documents. In addition, they will provide advice and guidance to clients in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal research and analysis in support of litigation and other legal matters
- Draft and review contracts, briefs, legal documents, and other materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advise clients and provide guidance and recommendations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal support to the firm’s clients in the areas of insurance coverage, complex litigation, disputes, corporate transactions, and commercial disputes
- Keep up to date on the latest developments in the legal system, and apply knowledge to cases to reach favorable outcomes for clients
- Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in the insurance industry, with a focus on insurance defense
- Excellent knowledge of legal procedures and statutes related to corporate transactions and disputes
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively to assess legal issues and develop effective strategies
- Proficiency with legal technology systems
