Job Description: Director of Substation Construction

The Director of Substation Construction is responsible for the overall management of the substation construction process. This includes planning, business development of new clients, estimating, construction, and commissioning of new substations. The Director will also be responsible for ensuring that the substations meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of substation construction plans and specifications
• Manage the substation construction budget
• Oversee the substation construction process
• Ensure that the substations meet all safety and regulatory requirements
• Resolve construction issues and problems
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the substation construction process

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in substation construction
• Proficiency in the use of substation construction software
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
