Job Duties and Responsibilities The Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst will be involved in the implementation, and support of the global implementation of Oracle ERP fusion cloud. As a member of this team, this role will work closely with Finance and other business teams to support their Oracle Cloud analysis, and user support needs.
This is a hands-on techno-functional role . Strong Techno functional skills are required. Knowledge and experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Oracle EBS is required. Good knowledge of core financial modules GL, AP, FA, AR, INV, Lease Accounting, Cash Management, and Supply Chain is needed.
The Analyst will be responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, support, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, status reporting, issue tracking, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional activities including analysis, design, detailed requirements documentation, process mapping, and end-user testing in test and prod environments
- Oracle Cloud patch analysis, creating service requests, and work with the Oracle support team to implement solutions
- Work with Oracle EBS to cloud migration, Techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS Finance and SCM modules
- Perform analysis and functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and support global team
- Sub-ledger accounting (SLA) implementation in an Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment
- Contributing to writing the requirements, and being involved in the process of techno-functional design of implementations (including scenario design, and flow mapping)
- Design and implementation work with Oracle E-business suite and various Oracle financial modules
- Describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within the organization
- Manage multiple technical work streams and work in a complex global environment
- Provide support to users and assist with troubleshooting issues and training
- Run complex enterprise projects and work with developers to create technical solutions
- Work directly with business users as an Oracle Cloud Financials functional expert, as well as with users during the user acceptance testing phase
- Write functional requirement documents and features
Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or relevant work experience
- 8+ years of techno-functional experience, ideally working with large and complex implementations of Oracle EBS Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Apps R12
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA, INV, LA, and Procurement)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of, and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Effective in cross-department collaboration and must be customer and end-user-focused
- Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
- Must be a problem solver, detail-oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with leadership
- Ability to document and prototype business use cases and data flows
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Experience in analyzing business requirements for all Finance related processes
- Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry is a plus
- Oracle certifications in Cloud and EBS are a plus
Salary Ranges Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
